HINT: My username or password does not work.
Your username is your email. Please make sure you have typed it in correctly.
The password is case sensitive so make sure you don't accidently have the Caps Lock on.
Another common occurrence is that you may have asked Windows to "Remember" your password from the previous time you used the PHDB. If you changed your password on the PHDB, the "remembered" password in Windows will still contain the old password. The best thing to do in this case is to type in your password instead of letting Windows fill it in for you.
